April 29th The Volunteer Center of Lewis, Mason & Thurston Counties held their annual Voluntonies Awards show. This is a red carpet event held at our historical Capital Theater. The nominees and winners are treated like the "Stars" that they are!

I helped MC the event with Joe Hyer and handed out awards. Mrs. Seattle & Mrs. Thurston County were also there to help with the event. The evening culminated with a flash mob ending to the song "Time of My Life" the version by the Black Eyed Peas!
